Swan Tanker gives high importance to training and personnel development. Thus, we arrange specific training both ashore and at sea. Also we assist the crew in planning of their certificates, and create value by encouraging their career development.
We assess the crew and shore employees with our performance evaluation system, afterwards, individual training are carried out. We recognise the importance of educating our seafarers, in addition to mandatory training, we have also developed client specific crew training program.
