Capt. KUGU has ocean-going sea experience on board various types of vessels before the role taken as SANMAR vessels’ ship-owner representative. Also, he continued his professional career as an Operations Manager at one of the private ship owning companies in Istanbul prior to co-founding Swan Tanker. He is a maritime faculty graduate of Istanbul Technical University. Capt. KUGU’s experience and knowledge are sought for advice and consultancy on complicated issues.

Gained sea experience over 7-years on various ship types such as tanker, container and dry-cargo vessels as marine engineer. Worked as Technical and Project Manager in shipyards on various repair and new-building projects. Joined the Swan Tanker Team in 2018 as Technical Manager and dealing with all engine and technical repair and maintenance responsibilities under HSEQ practices including latest technology.

Ms.Goven had more than 8 years of experience within sales and customer relations departments of various companies which manufacture paints, plastics and aluminium products in Istanbul. Before she joins to crewing department at Swan Tanker Shipping in 2017, she was responsible for various management operations, and now she is in charge of crew management services of the company world-wide.
